Club Race Entries

Follow these steps to enter ACTMCRC club race meetings on-line:

• Download and run the Alycat On-line Entries Program (Windows only)
• Under the Options menu, enter "ACTMCRC" in the form to limit the list of meetings to our club.
• Select "Enter Meeting"
• Select the meeting you wish to enter.
• Fill in your details and submit.

Your details will be downloaded directly into the Alycat system on the club computer ready for racing. Next time you want to enter a meeting, just run the program again. You can also use this program to view entry lists for the event.

Entry fees for club racing:

One Class $10.00
Two Classes $15.00

On-line payments must be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Please include your name in the transfer comment so that we can match the payment to your entry.

Outdoor drivers entries need to be registered by 5pm on the Friday before racing at Kambah, with Bank direct deposits required by the same cut-off time of Friday.

Indoor Drivers cut-off for registration is by 8pm on the Sunday prior to Tuesday night's Racing. Direct deposits need to cleared in the account by 5pm on the Monday before race night.

Failure to complete direct deposit payments by the set cut off will require payment on the night or day of said race meet with a credit being issued when direct deposit is cleared.

Payment in advance (ie. for an entire season) can be arranged by contacting the Treasurer.
